Lendlease and DevelopmentWA have combined their extensive experience in urban planning and design to rejuvenate three former school sites into vibrant new residential communities. The first two award winning communities—The Primary and The Playground—incorporate amazing new play spaces, facilities and parks that take advantage of the existing trees and natural vegetation and create the type of place that we all strive to live in. The final Koorilla school site redevelopment—The Assembly—is located opposite the Coolbellup town centre.
