The Department of Communities' Bentley 360 project is one of the most significant medium-to-high density urban infill developments in WA. The transformation of the Waabiny Park site into a vibrant, thriving and integrated community will deliver a contemporary residential development of at least 1,500 new dwelli​ngs, high-quality parkland and recreation spaces, as well as community, commercial and retail offerings.

With a focus on community connections, delivery of new state-of-the-art facilities and support services, and new employment and training opportunities, Bentley 360 will provide a safe, inclusive community with a strong sense of place and belonging for all residents.
