The Department of Communities' Bentley 360 project is one of the most significant medium-to-high density urban infill developments in WA. The transformation of the site into a vibrant, thriving and integrated community will deliver a contemporary residential development of at least 1,500 new dwelli​ngs, high-quality parkland and recreation spaces, as well as community, commercial and retail offerings.
